ROCKLAND — A man who appeared to be missing under mysterious circumstances a week ago has been located, Chief Deputy Todd Butler of the Knox County Sheriff’s Department reported Friday. No more information was available.

Todd Cochran, 27, of Warren had dropped off a friend off at work in Rockland on Nov. 6 and never returned home. The vehicle Cochran was driving, which belonged to his friend, was found with the key in the ignition in the on position, as if the vehicle had been left running and just run out of gas.
