WATERVILLE — Hospice Volunteers of Waterville Area is offering a community education stress relief workshop from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 4, at 76 Silver St.

Dr. James Dudley of Dudley Chiropractic will demonstrate pressure point therapy and muscle relaxation techniques in addition to a slide presentation, lecture, and question-and-answer period.

Registration is requested but not required. The workshop is free and sponsored by Veilleux and Redington Funeral Homes of Waterville.
