ORONO – The University of Maine’s NCAA Hockey Frozen Four allotment of 400 tickets have all been sold.
Following Sunday’s 5-2 win over Michigan in their NCAA Tournament quarterfinal in Albany, N.Y., Maine followed its normal policy of reserving tickets for team members’ families and people who supply extraordinary levels of support to the program before making tickets available to the public, according to the UMaine sports information office.
Due to the small number of tickets and the great demand, the supply was quickly exhausted. Maine will play North Dakota in their semifinal in Providence, R.I., on April 6 at 2 p.m.
