HERMON — Bangor D.A.R.E. Officer Dan Frazell will present “All in the Name of Rock ‘n’ Roll” from 7 to 10 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, at the Hermon High School auditorium. The presentation is for young people 18 or older, and examines popular music and the negative effects it can have on children.
