HOULTON — An agricultural seminar titled “Riparian Buffers and Effects on Water Quality” will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, April 4, in Room 32 at Houlton High School.
The program will be presented by John Jemison, water quality specialist from the University of Maine Cooperative Extension, and Angie Reed, science and tribal services manager with River Network.
