CAPE ELIZABETH – The winner of last year’s Peoples’ Beach to Beacon road race plans to return to Maine to defend his championship.
Khalid Khannouchi set a record by completing the 10-kilometer course in Cape Elizabeth in 27 minutes, 48 seconds.
