Tuesday Forum topic involves optimal living

BANGOR – Pat Caggiano, R.N., will address the Tuesday Forum on the topic of “Optimal Living Through Lifestyle Choices” from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 14 at Geaghan’s Restaurant.

Caggiano obtained her nursing degree from Kettering College of Medical Arts in Ohio. She then served as head nurse in the gastrointestinal unit at Loma Linda University in California. Now, Caggiano owns “Heart and Home,” which offers classes on nutrition and lifestyle based on the work of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
