In your Nov. 10 editorial titled, “Trust in Florida,” you state that “George Bush is making a mistake in pressing ahead with Cabinet announcements” and “If Mr. Bush is ultimately declared the winner, there are better ways to begin his presidency.”

The ballots have been counted twice and twice Gov. Bush won. For the smooth transition of power to take place in January preparations must be made in advance.
