PEMBROKE – The Pembroke Historical Society will sponsor a craft fair.
The fair is intended to raise money to create a museum. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2, at Pembroke Elementary.
A diverse selection of crafts will be available for purchase, featuring stained glass by Mark Wren, watercolors by Fred Hartman, hand-dipped chocolates by Lea Sullivan, baskets and weavings by Debby LaRochelle, hand-crafted pottery by Don Sutherland, photography by Fred Knapp and folk-art dolls by Theo McDonough.
The society will also have souvenir plates, T-shirts and sweat shirts featuring a graphic of the old Pembroke Iron Works.
