LINCOLN – A Veterans Affairs officer from the Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management was scheduled to be at the Lincoln District Court office on Wednesday, Nov. 22. The service officer is unavailable on that date, but will be there from 9 a.m. to noon Thursday, Dec. 14.
