DOVER-FOXCROFT – The Southern Piscataquis County Chamber of Commerce is inviting young and old to join in the third annual Community Christmas Caroling at 4 p.m. Saturday in front of the Dover-Foxcroft Historical Society Building (the old Observer Building) on Main Street.

Historical society members are inviting carolers to join them for lght refreshments after the singing. The caroling will help kick off the Holiday White Lights program in the community.
