CARIBOU – The following cases were processed this week in Aroostook County Superior Court by Justice Jeffrey Hjelm:

Christopher Albert, 24, Fort Kent, unauthorized use of property, six months jail, $25 restitution; forgery, ten months jail, $195 restitution.

Gilman J. Cyr, 49, Madawaska, driving to endanger, 44 hours jail, 30-day license suspension.

Lucien Woo, 28, Caribou, marijuana cultivation, four months jail, suspended, one year probation, $500 .

Timothy H. Chasse, 38, Easton, criminal operating motor vehicle while under influence of intoxicants, seven days jail, $800, 18-month license suspension.

Robbie Burby Jr., 23, Ashland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 14 days jail, $120 restitution.

Shawn Henthorn, 19, Wade, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six months jail, all but five days suspended, one year probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, six months jail, all but five days suspended, one year probation.

Kevin Dougherty, 28, Fort Fairfield, assault, 48 hours jail.

Jere Humphrey, 33, Washburn, illegal sales and purchases on Sunday, $100.

Ann Crouse, 19, Presque Isle, forgery, $250.

Brian Lavertu, 38, St. David, leaving scene of personal injury accident, 90 days jail; failure to make 48-hour accident report, 90 days jail.

Frederick G. Moore, 39, Presque Isle, burglary, 21/2 years jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 21/2 years jail.

Kevin Dionne, 30, Fort Kent, disorderly conduct, 60 days jail, suspended, one year probation.

Henry C. Jolly, 19, Woodland, theft, nine months jail, all but 75 days suspended, one year probation; criminal trespass, nine months jail, all but 75 days suspended, one year probation; theft, nine months jail, all but 75 days suspension, one year probation, $307.77 restitution .

Gabriel Q. Estabrook, 23, Limestone, criminal mischief, five days jail; revocation of probation, 30 days jail. Sentences to be served consecutively.

Mark Crouch Jr., 25, Caribou, revocation of probation, 60 days jail.

Ronnie L. Espling, 27, Mapleton, two counts reckless conduct, four months jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation each count; $500 reimbursement to county treasurer for jail stay.

Michael O. Fox, 21, Presque Isle, revocation of probation, 10 days jail.
