BANGOR – “On the Road to Excellence – Charting Your Course, Making the Trip” is the theme for four information-packed sessions from February through April 2001 intended to help organizations accelerate their business performance and challenge their competition. A joint project between the Maine Small Business Development Centers and the Margaret Chase Smith Quality Association, these workshops are designed to help Maine businesses use a standard framework to improve their organizational performance.
