BANGOR – For the second December in a row, volunteers will decorate empty street-level windows in downtown Bangor. Friday will be busy as 18 groups transform storefronts on West Market Square, Columbia Street, Main Street and Central Street.
Train buffs will be especially interested in the display at 57 Main St. produced by the Eastern Maine Model Railroad Club. The train schedule will be posted and the trains will run on time. There also will be windows that appeal to history buffs, sentimental souls and the young at heart.
Bangor Center Corp. invites everyone to visit downtown Bangor during the December holiday season.
