AUGUSTA – Ashley Sennett of Winslow High School was honored Sunday as the third recipient of the Miss Maine Field Hockey Award.

Sennett, a senior, scored 30 goals and notched 29 assists while leading coach Brenda Beckwith’s Black Raiders to a 19-0 record and the Class B state championship.

Sennett received the award during Sunday’s Maine Field Hockey Association All-State recognition banquet at the Augusta Civic Center. Previous winners were Kristy Ferran of Winslow and Gardiner’s Jillian LeClair.
