ROCKLAND – Historic Inns of Rockland will roll out a welcome mat on Saturday. The public is invited to enjoy a peek into historic homes decorated in holiday splendor as part of the Festival of Lights.

The inns are within walking distance from Main Street and one another, and will be open from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 9. A walking map is available from the Rockland-Thomaston Chamber of Commerce.
