BANGOR – Charles Dickens’ classic story of the power of Christmas spirit comes to life once again with Penobscot Theatre Company’s 8th annual production of “A Christmas Carol” beginning Dec. 13 at the Bangor Opera House.

Performances are scheduled at 6 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 13; 7 p.m. Thursday-Sunday, Dec. 14-17, and Wednesday-Saturday, Dec. 20-23; and at 2 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 16-17, and Saturday, Dec. 23.

Tickets are $15 for adults and $9 for children, with discounts for seniors, educators, students, military personnel and groups of 10 or more.
