BANGOR – The Maine Department of Transportation has announced that traffic will be slowed and diverted through crossovers beginning at 10 p.m. tonight through 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 6, at the interchange of Interstate 95 and Stillwater Avenue while concrete “T” beams for the new bridge are installed.
There will be a slowdown again beginning at 10 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, until 6:30 a.m. Friday, Dec. 8.
Motorists are urged to use caution and heed the reduced speed signs and variable message board signs.
Traffic on I-95 will be affected between Hogan Road and Broadway. State police will be strategically placed to aid motorists.
