ROCKLAND – The board of Youthlinks has announced three new members.

Arthur Adelberg of Camden, Marilyn Hotch of Owls Head and Ted Rodman of Rockport were unanimously elected at a recent board meeting.

Adelberg recently retired as senior vice president and chief financial officer of Energy East, a position he assumed following Energy East’s merger with CMP Group Inc.

Hotch conducts a private practice in mediation and meeting and process facilitation. Her practice includes team building, planning and project assistance and public outreach and involvement for private individuals, private corporations, not-for-profit organizations, and state and federal agencies and municipalities.

Rodman has extensive background in strategic market planning, youth program development, membership growth and communications strategy for national and regional nonprofit organizations.

Youthlinks is a nonprofit organization that provides Maine teens with community-based educational opportunities through programs of community service, enrichment activities, and mentoring.
