WALDOBORO – A benefit dinner will be held for Debra and Vincent Grassia at 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 6, at the Waldoboro VFW Hall on Mill Street. Debra was recently diagnosed with a brain tumor in a place that is inoperable. Debra has had a long battle over the past year and half.

Friends and family are asking for help with this dinner. People are asked to donate casseroles, salads, drinks or desserts. Help is also needed in the kitchen serving food. For information, call Terry at 832-2024.
