PARKMAN – State police and Piscataquis County sheriff’s deputies arrested a man Tuesday night after authorities received a report of a domestic disturbance in which a gun may have been involved.

Few details were available late Tuesday night as investigators were still on the scene. It wasn’t clear whether a gun was involved, although a spokesman for the state Department of Public Safety said initial reports indicated that the man who was later arrested had access to a gun. Spokesman Stephen McCausland said that the troopers and deputies were able to resolve the incident at about 10 p.m.
