My wish is to see the end of the letters vilifying our (thank God almighty) president-elect, George W. Bush, a fine and decent man with strong family values and high hopes for our country.
The fact is, all the votes were counted several times, and how about the discrepancies found, the people working their hearts out against all odds, with Al Gore insisting for five weeks that there must be more votes counted until he got the number he needed?
Actually, Bush won every appeal Gore made; when is enough enough?
All through the debates Gore was very condescending and seldom truthful. For God’s sake, let’s stop rehashing and go on.
