LEVANT – The committee to raise funds for the construction of a town library in Levant will kick off its drive with a dance featuring Woody Woodman and his swing band New Year’s Eve at the Bemis Plaza.

Cans for donations have been placed at stores in town to help raise the $300,000 needed for the project.
