A comment about C.E. McConnell’s letter, published in Friday’s newspaper, which stated, “… There are people in some areas [of Florida] who do not read or speak English. It is understandable why they would be confused in the voting booth.” It seems there are some people who do read and speak English who aren’t familiar with our citizenship and voting laws.
