WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Nick Mikal scored a game-high 21 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead St. Xavier to an 83-48 men’s basketball victory over St. Joseph’s of Standish on Wednesday.
Keith Hampton netted 17 points, while Donnell Ausley and Juan Fulgencio added 10 each for the Cougars.
Leroy Gore paced the Monks with 16 points, including a 10-for-10 effort from the foul line. Justin Underwood netted 10 points.
