BRUNSWICK – Maine Writers and Publishers Alliance will expand its course offerings to include business and technical writing. Three coming workshops are: “Marketing Strategies for Small Businesses,” “A PC is Not Paper: Writing for the Web” and “Basic Business Communication in Today’s World.”
All three workshops will be held in Portland and are open to the public. Preregistration is required and costs for workshops vary. Call MWPA at 729-6333 for information.
MWPA for the past 25 years has offered nonfiction, fiction and poetry writing workshops. The organization expanded its curriculum after sensing the need in the current market.
