DOVER-FOXCROFT – North Meets South, a restaurant offering a combination of local fare as well as food with a Southern flair, has opened in the former Spencer’s Family Restaurant on North Street.
Sue-Ellen and Armand Ruest, owners of the restaurant that opened Monday, have hired 12 employees. The restaurant is open from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week. The telephone number 564-3500.
