MILO – Penquis High senior Jeremy Allen scored 24 points, including the 1,000th of his career and eight in the final three minutes of regulation, as the Patriots edged Schenck 58-54 in overtime Saturday in boys basketball action.

Allen also grabbed 18 rebounds. Ben Knapp contributed 13 points and made four of six free throws in overtime for Penquis.

Ryan Deschenes scored 26 points and Seth Johnson added 14 for the Wolverines of East Millinocket.
