MONSON – Fierce Chase Cross Country Ski Trails will host the Subaru Ski Fest, an international ski festival on Saturday, Jan. 27.

Designed to introduce people to the sport while showing other skiers to learn about what’s new in cross country, the event will start at 9:30 a.m. and last until 9 p.m. The fest features free introductory lessons, a 5K Penobscot Valley Conference race, a scavenger hunt, and an evening wildlife ski tour.
