Thanks to someone, Smokey, my buff-colored cat, is back home after a 31/2-month absence. He probably got into someone’s car at my son’s garage and unbeknownst to the owner, got an unwanted ride to a strange area.

On Christmas Day an ad in the Bangor Daily News listed a buff- colored cat found in the Rebel Hill area in Clifton. I called the number listed and got the Bangor Humane Society. I decided to pay a visit and there was my buddy waiting for me. Thanks again to everyone involved.
