Frost lifts Calais past Houlton Players score nine fourth-quarter points to key team’s comeback

HOULTON – James Frost scored all nine of his points in the fourth quarter Monday night to help Calais come from behind to post a 76-69 schoolboy basketball victory over the Shiretowners.

Joe Footer led the way for Calais with 21 points, while Andy Frost scored 16. Doug Adams and Scott MacDonald provided 12 and 10 points, respectively.

Peter Bates spearheaded the Houlton effort with a game-high 39 points on 17-for-20 shooting. He also pulled down 15 rebounds. James Skehan added 15 points.
