HERMON – Lindsay Duplisea led a balanced scoring attack to help the Hermon Hawks edge the Bucksport Golden Bucks 48-41 in schoolgirl basketball action Tuesday night.
Duplisea scored nine for the winners. Jessie Wiggin, Ashley Hichborn and Melissa Overlock netted eight points apiece.
Cara Pollard and Heather Pelletier paced Bucksport with a game-high 14 points each.
