Judy Bowden of Pittsfield broke the Pittsfield Bowling Center Lanes record while bowling in the Eastern Maine Average Plus Handicap Ladies Doubles. Bowden rolled a 660 over 5 games to break the 649 she set on January 25, 1998.

Bowden also had 1314 for 10 games to beat the 1289 Sharon Nealey of Bangor-Brewer set on September 19, 1993. Bowden’s total included games of 144, 152 and 167.
