AUGUSTA – Nick Pelotte and Brian Anore each scored 18 points to lead the Valley Cavaliers of Bingham to an 83-40 Western Maine Class D semifinal victory over Waynflete on Wednesday.
It was the Cavaliers’ 82nd straight win, including three state championships.
Luke Hartwell chipped in 16 points for Valley. Jason Hartwell notched 11.
Ian Bossie led the Flyers of Portland with 13 points.
