BANGOR – An Amesbury, Mass., snowmobiler injured in an Aroostook County accident last week was in fair condition Sunday night, according to Eastern Maine Medical Center.
Roger Chandonnet, 41, struck a car Thursday afternoon with his sled where a snowmobile trail intersects a road in Caribou.
He was taken by ambulance Thursday to Cary Medical Center in Caribou and later to EMMC in Bangor.
Dorothy Adams, 73, of Caribou, the driver of the sedan involved in the accident, was not hospitalized.
