Information sessions on Alzheimer’s planned

AUGUSTA – Senior Spectrum will hold information sessions on Alzheimer’s assistance in March at eight Maine locations:

. 1 p.m. March 7, Cohen Community Center, Hallowell;

. 9 a.m. March 13, Knox Resource Center, Rockland;

. 1 p.m. March 13, Waldo Community Center, Belfast;

. 9 a.m. March 15, Somerset Center, Skowhegan;

. 1 p.m. March 15, Muskie Community Center, Waterville;

. 9 a.m. March 28, Coastal Resource Center, Damariscotta;

. 10 a.m. March 28, Sagadahoc Center, Bath;

. 1 p.m. March 28, 55+ Center, Brunswick.

Senior Spectrum is the Central Maine Agency on Aging and provides up to $2,000 for home modifications to improve safety through the Partners in Caring Program.

A related program provides weekend respite care to those caring for the elderly.
