COLLEGE STATION, Texas – Portland’s Ian Crocker helped the Texas Longhorns set an NCAA record Thursday night in the 400 medley relay with a swim of 3 minutes, 5.37 seconds, breaking Stanford’s record of 3:07.:28 set in 1995. Nate Dusing, Brendan Hansen and Tom Hannan were the other relay swimmers for the Longhorns in the NCAA swimming and diving championships.
Crocker won an Olympic gold medal last fall as a member of the 400 medley relay.
