BANGOR – The Bangor Hydro-Electric Co. board of directors has declared dividends for the first quarter of 2001: $1.75 per share for 7 percent preferred stock; $1.06 per share for 4.25 percent preferred stock; $1 per share for 4 percent preferred stock; and $.20 per share for common stock.
