PORTLAND – The Portland Sea Dogs have postponed their 2001 Opening Day from Friday, April 6, to today at 1 p.m. against the Binghamton Mets. Friday’s game against the Mets is rescheduled for Aug. 25.

The fireworks show also scheduled for Friday has been moved to Patriot’s Day, April 16.

Tickets for Friday’s postponed game will be accepted for today’s game. Tickets are still available at the Sea Dogs’ box office, which will open today at 9 a.m.
