ELLSWORTH – The spring convention of the GFWC/Maine Federation of Women’s Clubs will be held May 11-12 at the Holiday Inn, Ellsworth.

A luncheon presentation at noon Friday, May 11, will feature guest speaker Ollie Wilder, development director of the Institute for Global Ethics, a nonprofit organization, based in Camden, Maine, and London, England, with members from more than 20 countries.

At noon Saturday, May 12, the luncheon will feature guest speaker Rick Moors of the Maine Department of Human Services Bureau of Elder and Adult Services, who will discuss the TRIAD program, which is designed to reduce the criminal victimization of older citizens.
