PRESQUE ISLE – The Presque Isle Wildcats swept Hampden Academy in a Saturday baseball doubleheader, 4-0 and 4-3.
In game one, Marcus Nadeau pitched a shutout and doubled and singled with an RBI for the Wildcats while Fred Bird ripped a two-run single.
Eric Libby led the Hampden Academy attack with a double and a single.
In game two, both Nadeau and Jonas Bard cracked a double and a single as Josh Gale singled twice with an RBI for Presque Isle.
