Jennifer Jarvis has been hired as marketing director of the Bangor YMCA. Jarvis is a May graduate of the University of Maine and holds a degree in journalism and advertising. She has been involved in visitor services at the Bangor Convention and Visitors Bureau. The YMCA also has hired Jim Bentley as its Camp Jordan director. Bentley graduated from Auburn University in Alabama with a degree in sociology. He began working for the YMCA in 1993. He was director of YMCA Camp Indian Springs for three years and director of YMCA Camp Algonquin for two years.

Brian Noble has joined Always Housing LLC in Bangor. He will oversee the operation of several group homes and supported living homes, and supervise more than 30 employees.

Ronnie Lawn has been promoted to senior vice president of Bangor Savings Bank. His responsibilities include supervision of the bank’s legal affairs and advising clients on matters related to taxation, trust and estate planning and investments. Lawn also supports the bank’s more complex business development efforts. He works from the Camden-Rockport office.

Laura Fortin has been named Bangor-area manager for health services at Community Health and Counseling Services. She holds a nursing degree from St. Barnabus School of Nursing in Minneapolis, a bachelor of science degree in professional arts with a concentration in health care administration from St. Joseph’s College in Standish, and a master’s degree in business science from Husson College.

Carl Bottorf has been hired as director of operations for Meridian Mobile Health LLC, based in Bangor. He joined Meridian in December as the temporary director of Meridian East, an effort to provide interim ambulance operation and management services for the residents of Washington County.
