FORT KENT – Anthony Lamarr netted two goals as the Fort Kent boys soccer team shut down Caribou 3-0 in high school action Thursday.
James Raymond scored off a Jesse Jalbert assist for the 1-0 Warriors. Corey Daigle added an assist, and Nick Thibodeau turned away 13 of 16 shots.
Nick Chasse stopped 18 of 23 shots for the 0-1 Vikings.
Central Aroostook 4, Easton 1
At Mars Hill, Pat Walsh scored two goals to lead the Panthers past the Bears.
Bryan Grew and Andy Grivois scored unassisted goals and Jeff Clockedile assisted on one of Walsh’s goals for 1-2 Central Aroostook while Bryan Grew and Andy Grivois combined to stop seven of 12 shots.
Joe King scored an unassisted goal for 1-1 Easton. Kyle Wells saved 12 of 18 shots.
Presque Isle 6, Houlton 0
At Houlton Wednesday night, Kyle James and Darren Carlisle each scored twice as the 1-0 Wildcats rolled.
Ben Deshaine and Denis Saucier scored the other goals and Shane Clark stopped all eight shots.
James Skehan saved 18 of 24 shots for the 1-1 Shiretowners.
Girls soccer
Central Aroostook 5, Easton 1
At Mars Hill, Gabrielle Smith and Jenna Robinson scored two goals apiece to lead the Panthers.
Lindsay Michaud added a goal on a penalty kick and Jocelyn Carvell, April Clockedile and Danielle Larrabee recorded assists for 2-1 Central Aroostook. Brittany Lundeen made five saves on six shots.
Nina Alexander scored an unassisted goal for the 0-2 Bears. Toni Ladner stopped 12 of 17 shots.
Presque Isle 5, Houlton 2
At Presque Isle, Heidi Ayotte and Billey Hovey each netted a goal to lead the 1-0 Wildcats.
Anna Delong, Jesse Miller and Kelly McHatton scored the other goals and Melissa Demerchant and Jessica Price combined to save five of seven shots.
Hannah Socoby and Amber Goodrich scored for the 1-1 Shires.
