BANGOR – The Center for Real Estate Education at the University of Southern Maine will offer a 13-week sales agent course in Bangor beginning Sept. 20.

The class will be held on Thursdays from 6 to 9 p.m. and will be taught by James Stoneton of Coldwell Banker American Heritage. Students who pass the course will be exempt from taking the state exam.
