PITTSFIELD – Morey Hallett netted the game-winner for the Mount View boys soccer team with five minutes left in the game as the Mustangs earned a 1-0 victory over Maine Central Institute Tuesday in high school action.
Hallett knocked in his goal off a Ryan Donovan assist with five minutes left in the game. Dan Pellerin made six saves on 12 shots for 4-2 Mount View of Thorndike.
For the 2-3-1 Huskies, Shawn Basford faced 21 shots and stopped 10.

Highview Chr. 9, Chop Point 1
At Woolwich, Nick Waite scored five goals and J.D. Starostin contributed two goals and two assists to power Highview Christian of Charleston.
David Day had goal and an assist; Anthony Kneeland had a goal and Adam Cooper notched an assist for the 3-1 winners and Gordon Lovell made eight saves on 18 shots.
Billy Eberhart scored for 0-4 Chop Point and Tim Richter made 15 saves on 43 shots.

At Sabattus, Sarah Skinner led 6-0 Belfast with two goals while Ann Berry recorded three assists.
Sara Flagg had a goal and an assist while Jen Jackson scored and Kate Gale added two assists. Tash Scott and Amanda Littlefield combined for four saves on five shots.
Sheena Foster scored an unassisted goal for 0-6 Oak Hill while Deana Watson stopped 11 of 15 shots.

At Corinth, Erika Kaufman scored on a breakaway with 12 seconds left in regulation to lift the Ponies to the win.
Darcy McCormick made two saves on three shots for 1-4 Foxcroft Academy.
Nicole Daniel stopped five of 17 shots for the 1-5 Red Riots.

At Thorndike, Violet Soisson scored with 2:30 left in the second overtime period as the Mustangs beat the Huskies of Pittsfield.
Kelly Gennett and Sarah Ingraham assisted on the goal. Danielle Mayer made seven saves on 10 shots for 2-4 Mount View.
Crystal Booker stopped 16 of 20 shots for 1-5 Maine Central Institute.
Greenville 6, Valley 1
At Greenville, Cindy Lebel scored three goals to help the Lakers remain undefeated.
Kristen Sutherland provided a goal and an assist for 8-0 Greenville while Diane Aucoin and Crystal Ferris scored one goal each. Jessie Craft made one save on two shots.
Meg Melcher scored off a Carolyn Robinson assist for 0-4-1 Valley of Bingham. Bre Belanger made 16 saves on 32 shots.
Penquis 2, Schenck 1
At East Millinocket, April Allen scored two goals, including the game-winner with 5:25 to play, lifting Penquis of Milo to victory.
Shannon Gerrish and Megan Russell assisted on the Allen goals. Ashley Pelletier made six saves on eight shots for the 5-1 Patriots.
Sarah Gordon scored an unassisted goal for 2-3 Schenck. Beth Chasse made 16 saves on 19 shots.

At Brewer, Sandra DeFilipp scored the winning goal on a pass from Melissa Jacobs 3:47 into the second half.
Stephanie Dickey made 12 saves on 16 shots for the 2-3 Witches.
Aimee Paradis stopped 10 of 17 shots for 3-2 Nokomis of Newport.

At Bucksport, Jana Richards saved all 10 of the Vikings’ shots to lead the Golden Bucks to a shutout win.
Jessie Taylor tallied two goals and an assist for Bucksport. Nichole Pacheco added a goal and an assist. Alice Andrews and Elissa Gordon chipped in with an assist apiece.
Misty Hall stopped 12 of 23 shots for Searsport.
Ellsworth 0, MDI 0 (2OT)
At Ellsworth, the Eagles and the Trojans battled to a scoreless tie.
For 3-1-2 Ellsworth, Victoria Jones stopped eight of 11 shots. Sarah Johnson turned back 14 of 24 attempts for 0-4-1 Mount Desert Island.

Belfast 4, Rockland 0
At Belfast, Rosie Hughes and Lindsey Bryant logged a goal and an assist each as Belfast cruised to its fifth win without a loss.
Audrey Jarrett and Jenny Cameron contributed goals while Emily Worth and Randi Mitchell combined for six saves on six shots.
Jessica Clark stopped 20 of 24 shots for the 0-7-0 Tigers.

At Blue Hill, Sarah Clapp led George Stevens Academy with four goals and an assist.
Anastasia Osage had two goals and an assist while Kerri Driscoll scored and had two assists. Sara Patterson scored two goals while Sarah Kilch and Liz Tyler combined to stop five of 15 shots for the 5-1-1 Eagles.
For 2-5 Penobscot Valley of Howland, Kylie McGinn made 15 saves on 27 shots.
Ban. Christian 4, DI-Stonington 1
At Deer Isle, Danielle Miller scored a pair of goals and Kendil Snow made 10 saves as Bangor Christian picked up its first win after three losses and a tie.
Heather Niles and Monique Veilleux had the other goals and Emily Jenkins, Niles and Becky Fortier had assists.
Molly McDonnell scored for 1-5 Deer Isle-Stonington and Hollan Oliver assisted. Roz Santospago made 25 saves.
Hampden 2, Bangor 0
At Hampden, Kim Stephenson and Tyne Franchi tallied goals and the Hampden defense held Bangor without a shot as the Broncos remained perfect at 6-0.
Amanda Shaw assisted Franchi’s goal.
