BANGOR – The fifth Kidney Early Evaluation Program will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday, Oct. 2, at the Mason Auditorium in Eastern Maine Medical Center.

The program is held to identify people at risk for kidney disease. While the program is free, it is limited to 35 appointments and preregistration is required.
