BANGOR – Prudential Singleton Real Estate and Rollerson Realty have merged and will operate under the name of Prudential Singleton-Rollerson Real Estate.

Bob Norris, former president of Prudential Singleton, will serve as president and designated broker of the combined real estate enterprise and all other operating companies within the holding company. Mary Rollerson, former president of Rollerson Realty, will continue working with the company as a mid-coast real estate broker. Offices of the company are located at 160 Broadway, Bangor, and 185 West Main St., Searsport. The telephone numbers for each location remain unchanged: Bangor 942-8261 and Searsport 548-2280.

Norris said the financial services offered by various affiliates in the holding company and available through the Prudential family of companies will enhance the services and products offered by the former Rollerson Realty staff to midcoast consumers.
