Volunteer department wins grant for firehouse

DENNYSVILLE – The U.S. Department of Agriculture has awarded $37,300 to the Dennys River Volunteer Fire Department for renovation of its firehouse.

U.S. Rep. John Baldacci said the funding is being made available through USDA’s Rural Development Agency.
