SURRY – A 37-year-old Brooksville woman was injured Monday evening when her vehicle rolled over on Route 172 just outside Surry village.
Camille Pascale was traveling west on the road when she apparently lost her concentration, according to State Trooper Jason Sattler.
Her pickup truck appeared to drift over the centerline, and, when she overcompensated, the truck skidded across the westbound lane and into a ditch, ejecting Pascale from the vehicle.
The pickup then rolled over and landed on top of the woman, Sattler said.
Rescue crews from the Surry Fire Department were on the scene to assist ambulance crews from Ellsworth.
Pascal was taken to Maine Coast Memorial Hospital in Ellsworth. There was no immediate information on her condition.
