PORTLAND – The Maine International Trade Center has gathered top experts in seafood and food export regulations, refrigerated and dry goods logistics and federal market access programs for an afternoon seminar concentrating on critical international trade information.

This course is designed to aid first-time food exporters and act as a refresher for veteran food traders.

The major topics to be discussed involve export readiness, logistics, market access program, and seafood exporting.

The course will be held from 1 to 5 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, at the Maine International Trade Center, 511 Congress Street. The cost is $50 for MITC members and $65 for nonmembers.
